Activating my products and missing soundsets, how to fix it?

I have never used this program before, so it's becoming kind of frustration to not find a solution to what is going on.

So I'm having a problem with all the soudsets that come included in the subscription. I downloaded them all yesterday, with some failing for some reason, but I would go back and try again and supposedly it worked, but I didn't finished and tried to completly download the ones I missed once more. The issue is that now they are not present in the Studio One installation window. I can't find them there nor in the Presonus Sphere page, they are gone in both? Does anyone know why that happened? The one library I was looking foward the most was the symphonic orchestra one, and while downloading all of the soundsets, two of the three folders failed to download (I think I could only get the contemporary strings one). I was able to immediatly download the other one after that and was just missing the music loops, but it got late and decided to leave it for the next day. Now that I'm looking for them, I can't find the symphonic library anywhere. It desapeared both from the presonus sphere website and the Studio one installation window. How can I find it???

My second problem is that apparently I'm not able to activate the ones I did download. I save them in a secondary storage disk because of the lack of it in my computer, and when I go to the Activate purchased items window it says that it can't because they are not owned by the user.

I don't know how to fix it, I tried adding more locations for the soudsets to be found but it's still not working.

Could it be because Studio one itself installed on the main memory disk of my computer and the soudsets in the other where it had more storage? Do I have to deintall everything and start over but this time installing the Studio one software on the same memory disk as the soundsets?

Please help, and sorry if my english isn't that good.

I've been having this same issue for days, and was on the verge of asking for a refund.

Here's how I fixed mine:

I went to my "Products" page within Sphere, saw "Presonus Hub" that I had never noticed before, installed it out of curiosity, signed into it with my account, and it fixed everything.
