Studio One 3.1.1.35857 Win x64 bit

Windows 7

Dell Studio 15z

Interface: AudioBox 1818VSL

I have attempted numerous time to uninstall/reinstall both the application and the soundsets, but no matter what I do, the soundsets that were included in my purchase do not appear in the browser for me to use them.

I have attached screenshots so you can see that the soundsets are in fact installed, and that the file path matches, but they just don't appear in the Studio One browser. Please help.

I believe this is because you're looking in the "Files" section.
Try clicking on "Loops".

Well, I lucked into my own solution, as I hadn't heard a word from support (quite disappointing).

After mucking about with permissions, etc. on the folder on the Windows side of things, the soundsets finally appeared in the SO folder in the picture above, but they would not 'install' even after double clicking.

I have no explanation for why it worked, but right clicking on the soundset and selecting 'Reset Root' created its own 'Sound Sets' folder at the same level as the Songs, Macros, etc. level and voila, all soundset files (the free stuff you get when you download SO3 from the website) appeared, and were available to load onto tracks.

Again, I have no explanation for how/why this worked. I'm only offering it for anyone who may have a similar strange problem like this in the future.

Thank you lakeferny for posting the solution to you own question!   I also could not see any soundsets in my Studio One browser, but after reading your solution I right clicked on my Sound Sets folder and selected 'Reset Root' and they suddenly all appeared... Finally after a lot of mucking about.  Thank You !
