Question

Had an issue with 2 out of 13 songs being recorded in 44.1 kHz. When transfered to project page they ran slower tempo and pitch. For some reason in the song page they now play slow - cant get back to original tempo and pitch. Been through settings and changed pitch but no good. Has anyone been here before?

This would be because the 44.1kHz song file are now having to be up sampled to match the 48kHz project session.

Your best option would be to down sample the 48kHz songs to 44.1kHz so that all songs are at the same sample rate. You should be able to change the sample rate in the song files to 44.1kHz and update the mastering file for the songs in 48kHz.

Song > Song Setup > General. Change the sample rate to 44.1kHz. Song > Update Mastering File to update the mastering file in the Project session.
