I run podcast and would like to record songs I'm playing from Soundcloud along with my mic inputs. Is that possible? The song will be playing from my computer. Can I do that?

You should be able to.  Depending on what OS you're on you'll have to use OSX built in aggregate device methods to source from multiple devices or sources or on Windows you'll probably need ASIO4ALL to get to a similar place, where Soundcloud, your mics, and other things can all be recorded at the same time.
