Here's the deal. I am doing a podcast recording in Adobe Audition using a Studiolive 24.4.2 board. Everything works fine and records well and is mapped correctly. My question is, is it possible to play audio from the computer like from the internet and have that signal go into the board FROM the computer and have it recorded in the DAW? If so how? I know that Presonus FireStudio takes over the audio from the computer but if I go online or try to play audio from anything but the DAW I'm using it doesn't play the audio and I'm not sure how to tell the DAW to record Desktop audio for playing like Youtube or other things on my computer. I'm trying to get it all to go through the board so the podcasters can hear and watch something and get it recorded for post work.
