Is it safe to upgrade from El Capitan To Sierra yet? Using Studio one 3

I am looking to upgrade my Os from El Capitan to sierra and wanted to know if there any compatibility issiues with that Os? I have no other external hardware plugged in yet, I am new to Studio one 3.
