Looks like a wrong routing in the returns. FX returns can be routed to the 4 subgroups and/or directly to mains. Press select on FX A and check the routing in the Fat Channel, then continue with FX B to D. "Mains" should NOT be selected, if you want to control fx return by subgroups.

Hi-

That is how it is routed, but it is still coming thru the mains with the sub fader down.

Ok, then check the subgroups with a different signal. Plug a microphone into channel 1 (or play some music into it), route channel 1 solely to subgroup 1 and subgroup 1 to Mains. This gives you three faders to control volume and you can hear, if there is a defect in the subgroup's faders. Repeat the test for subgroups 2 to 4. Try different combinations and also linked subgroups. Pans of channels and (single) subgroups need to be in center position.

Route Channel 1 to Subgroup 1 | route Subgroup 1 to Mains
Channel 2 -> Subgroup 2 -> Mains
Channel 3 -> Subgroup 3 -> Mains
Channel 4 -> Subgroup 4 -> Mains

There has been a quite similar problem reported lately in the forums. Two factory resets (with the option card pulled out) were needed to make the mixer work right again. If you want to keep settings or scenes, you should save them to your computer before starting the reset process.
