CS18AI - allow selection of pre or post Main L/R fader for Monitor/Headphone send point

Currently it appears that the feed for Main to headphones and control room outputs on xlr for the CS18AI is taken from pre fader rather than post the Main L/R fader. Please allow the user to select where the feed is taken from.
