After downloading the zip file from the online downloads server how do you integrate it into the actual studio one program?

Go to your 'My Presonus' account and in there you'll find your hardware, and software. Select your software, and Studio one you own and under there are all the downloads and keys.

Oh, and if you haven't got an account yet, or registered your devices and software THAT is how this all works... so if you haven't already set up and account and get all yor stuff in the registry
