Question

I have S4 Professional, and clearly had/have NI Komplete Elements for PreSonus from an earlier version.  It shows on my NI account, I can/have downloaded it to my Mac but it won't load - says I need OSX 10.5 or higher...

I have the latest OS X on my computer...10.14.6.  Komplete Elements for PreSonus also doesn't show up in my NI Installer, Native Access, even though I have put the serial number in it from my NI account page.  Is this a Studio One issue, or NI issue?

NI discontinued Komplete Elements. The current free one from NI is called Komplete Start. You can find all that on the NI site: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/komplete/free/

You would have to message NI to find out if any of the discontinued versions can still be used.
