Ar16 headphone output very quiet

I guess more info is needed to formulate an answer here. Every case is different. If your SURE you have a good strong signal on the source your listening to, and a you cannot get enough volume out of the headphone output using the headphone volume control, then I would have to ask for as much info as possible to determine a cause. I'm particularly curious about the headphones... what phones are you using? and is there a volume control on the phones?
