Question

I have the midi keyboard correctly set up as it works when I play instruments such as clavinet etc but how do I just get a normal piano sound? I have a midi piano so why cant I hear the piano through studio one? It notes the notes but plays nothing. I have studio one 2 version and I can go no further without some assistance.

Midi piano has no sound it just sends midi information.Now if you have some hardware that has outs on it then those have to be ran into your interface as well .
