I have my computer volume and studio one volume all  the way up to max yet no sound is coming out when i try to play back what I've recorded. It's receiving the MIDI inputs, I can see them in the editor, but no sound comes out when i try to play it back. However, I have a microphone that I've connected to my computer and it records and plays back on studio one with no problem. My keyboard model is DGX-230 and I've connected it via usb, and I have the latest version of windows 10 installed on my  computer, if that helps

1. is this your first run with PreSonus (I think it is the same for most models is why I ask)

2. I had the same problem with my keyboard. You have to go to the settings of the device. Not sure for v4 but for v3 it goes as follows: Open a new track, at the top select Studio One> Options> External Devices select edit on the bottom tab. Mess around with the settings. I was able to get mine to work with all midi channels selected, checking aftertouch, program change, and pitch bend.
