what type of file works in studio one v-3.3

what type of video files work in studio one v3.3 ? I have the lastest updates , and can pull in a vid and exstact the audio but no video is present or playing ? thx. Dave  is there any tutorials on using videos in s1 ?

In Studio One > Preferences/Options > Location > File Types, you can see which video formats are supported.
