If you can not remember the user name or password for your account, you can request the password be reset using the password reset option at the Login to your account and that information will be sent to your email:
NOTE: If a customer tried to log into unsuccessfully more than 3 times with either the wrong Username or Password information, they will see a message stating this and that a "30 minute" lockout period is in effect. Also, some customers who haven't logged into their account for some time may have forgotten their password.
In both cases, the quickest solution is to:
1. Click on the link above.
2. Check your email for an auto-responder email from PreSonus.com to the email on file in that account.
3. In that email, you will see a link that says "Please click here to reset your password". By clicking that link, you will be taken back to a screen on our website requesting you to enter a new password and re-confirm the new password.
It is important to note that only verified accounts can be reset or logged into, so if you are having issues with the reset option, check your email archives for a verification email from PreSonus. In the event that you are unable to resolve your issue with the reset password option or you no longer have access to the email you created your account with; please create a ticket with tech support and let them know you are having an issue with the username and password reset option.
