My machine: ASUS w/ Windows 7 with an i5 processor @ 2.5 GHz, 6 GB of ram, 64x OS

Version of Studio One: 3.3.0.39252

Driver: Universal Control 1.8.0.38751

Mixer: Audiobox 44vsl

I do have USB 3.0 ports.

I even tried using Studio one and the Audibox on a different computer with even better specs (i5 as well I believe with 16 gigs of ram) and Studio One will still crash.  I am rather convinced that there is a hardware failure, and I will start an official support ticket on Monday, but I'm just wondering if there is anything I can do to get me by, as I have an interview to record tomorrow and Monday, so if there's anything that will get me by, I would appreciate it.

That is good that you submitted a ticket so that our support team can take a look at the situation.  One thing you might want to try is to go into Studio One>Options>Advanced>Services and try disabling VST2, VST3, ARA, and ReWire.  See if you can find a correlation to the crash and a particular service.  This is helpful in tracking down issues.
