Question

I am running the SL 24.4.2. I upgraded my from my previous iPad that controlled the board just fin from the AI remote. My new iPad has both the SL remote AI app and UC surface apps installed. I can see the board and live readings in both apps, but my iPad cannot control the settings on the board. The iPad although sees the board in real time settings it is kind of a dimmed screen which indicates to me it has editing rights blocked or something. I never had this problem on my other iPad. Is there a setting I am missing in the software? Thank you.

The new iPad seems not to have the necessary permissions. SL Remote and UC Surface have different ways to give permissions. In UC Surface it's on the settings page. The code is 12345.
