I fully bought the pro version, I didnt't upgrade from the artist version.

Sounds like you are actually in Studio One Prime, which is the free version. Use the activation window to switch it from the free version to Professional. Also, if you are using the wrong account, that will happen. I can see you have multiple accounts, so make sure you are in the right on. Answers is not the place to discount account information so please create a ticket to support if you can't figure it out.
