Hi.

I am trying to connect my Presonus AudioBox iOne into my computer.

When I connect it with USB cable it keeps connects and disconnect by itself.

And the Studio one 3 does not recognize it.

What is wrong and how can I fix this?

On a Mac it is seen as a class compliant device so there should not be any issue with selecting it in Studio One.

On a Windows system you install the ASIO device driver for it. Windows will NOT see it without the ASIO device driver installed.
