Question

i just bought an ione and a pair of E5.

i downloaded the drive file and installed on my Win10, my pc can recognize ione but no sound. and when i tried to play audio files, it just couldn't play, no reacting at all.

then i switched to connect ione with ipad, ione worked normally.

i have tried all solutions i can imagine and searched from google, but still didn't work.

can someone tell me how to fix it? thanks a lot!

To set the default sound in Windows to your audio device,
1. Locate and right click on the small speaker ICON on your desk top directly to the left of your time.
2. Select  "Playback Devices".
3. Under the Playback tab, please highlight the PreSonus audio device you are using and then click "Set Default" below. This will set your device as the default device for your sound on your PC. Your PC will now use the PreSonus device as the default device, so iTunes, Windows Media player or YouTube will now use your interface for playback.

Alternatively, you can use this method on Windows 7 and Windows 8:
1. Press the Windows key + R on the keyboard. In the Run prompt, type "mmsys.cpl" and then click OK.
2. Under the Playback tab, please highlight the PreSonus audio device which you are using and then click "Set Default" below. Your PC will now use the PreSonus device as the default device, so iTunes, Windows Media player or YouTube will now use your interface for playback.
3. Click OK
