So i bought the Audiobox iOne a few days ago, and I have been itching to start using it! But there has been an issue with the playback. I even bought a converter from the 3.5mm headphone jack to the 6.35mm headphone jack and I can't seem to get any audio through my headphones or any speaker I plug in. I set the Audiobox as my default device in playback, and plugged my headphones in to the converter, and I cant even play any video or audio file. There is just a slight buzzing noise, but it doesn't allow me to actually play any audio or video. In spotify for example, when I try to play a song, it says "Can't play the current song". Even when using StudioOne, it seems as if the microphone is picking up audio and I try and record something, but when I listen over it, there is absolutely no audio. Please help! Thank you

Ensure you have installed the current device drivers.  You can download them here.

Engage the Direct button to hear your inputs directly to the Headphones.

If you cannot hear Direct input audio, then you may have a faulty AudioBox.

Have it exchanged from where you purchased it or contact PreSonus Support for repair.

Another answer for anyone in the future who might see this--it's probably obvious to some, but there's a dial on the front of the box with a headphone icon. This is the volume setting for headphone output, make sure it's turned up past zero :)

I felt stupid after trying a bunch of things without realizing it was there :D
