I don't have any tune window when I open the audio region in the edit window. Can you please help ?

It's probably because the media clip is an Audio Part.  Right click it and Audio > Dissolve Audio Part to see the audio clip properties in the Inspector or double click it and select the audio clip in the editor to see it's properties on the right click context menu or in the Inspector.
