Question

I'm plugging my bass into the instrument input of the AudioBox USB and outputting to Logic Pro X - I'm getting a clear signal in Logic but I have no control over it via the AudioBox. No matter where I set any of the AudioBox controls the signal is the same. What's going on?

The signal output of your instrument should have it's own trim output level. If that is not setting the correct gain, then you will need to use a DI Box go from your instrument to the DI first, then out to the AudioBox USB.
