I'm not able to get either of my Windows 10 Touch devices to even see the 192 connected to my workstation. I gave up on it and bought an iPad Pro, but would love to have another device I can use.

Make sure the computer your Studio 192 is connected to is on the same wireless / wired network router your Surface Pro is on. Install UC Surface 2.0+ on your Surface Pro 2, 3 or 4 that support installation of standard Windows applications. (Windows RT is not supported).

Make sure in your Windows Firewall that you have opened public and private ports for UC Surface as well. Look for "Allow apps to communicate through Windows firewall". You may need to do this on both your Windows Studio 192 host system AND your Surface Pro.

Then launch UC Surface on your Surface Pro and the Studio 192 will appear and then you can select it and control it.
