Question

I downloaded studio one 3 artist, must have activated at some point after i did download, and artist was not downloaded, only prime was still downloaded. upon uninstalling prime, then downloading the installer and putting in the activation code, it comes up with an error "This product key has been registered already. Please supply an unused product key."

All versions of S1 are the full version, the product code is what unlocks the different versions. If you have already registered the product all you have to do is open S1, and at the top left of the page click on Studio One, in the dropdown click Studio One Activation. A window will open for the product key, simply click the little down arrow then show my existing Product Key, there you will see your Artist activation, click it then activate. See attached photo.
