Hi,

Is it possible to refund Presence XT Editor ? I wanted to check it out and see if this sampler had some features which i need/want from a sampler. Unfortunately it does not. Now it is a good product but not for me. Can you please help me with this ?

Hi Arjan,

You will want to submit a support ticket if you are in search of a refund.  Just log into your my.presonus.com account and click on the "Support" tab.  Here you can submit a ticket.
