Question

MuseScore (and other scoring applications) allow for playback with a cursor following the score. Is there a way when the Studio One 3 play button is pressed, it could send a command to the play button on the scoring software as well?

MuseScore would require some sort of interface such as ReWire to operate via MIDI Sync.

Googling this shows this is a standing feature request for that application. Perhaps asking MuseScore my afford you a better answer.
