Why can't I download the free PreSonus VU Meter?

I'm trying to get the free VU meter but it keeps telling me that the add-on is compatible with. I don't understand why it's free and not letting me download it, I even got Studio One 3 Prime.

Hello, sorry you were having problems with using the VU Meter with Studio One Prime.

Unfortunately, the VU meter is only compatible with Studio One 2.6.5 Artist and Higher. You can confirm this information on the VU Meter product page: https://shop.presonus.com/products/studio-one-add-ons/VU-Meter
