Studio One startup looks for the devices for recording and playback that were previously connected, and if it can't find it, it will poll all of your connected audio devices at start up for WDM (and ASIO) operation. It will prompt you to Manage Audio Devices and will ask you if the first available input it can find (which is usually your webcam Mic) is what you want the system to use as your default recording input. It's a friendly suggestion to check your I/O before starting the program.
If you hit OK, you are effectively skipping this process, it will prompt you again when you restart. We suggest you do this at least once so it doesn't come up again, or at least until you plug in your interface again, then you may be prompted again.
Click on Manage Audio Devices and select your Default Playback and Recording device to commit the configuration in Windows, Studio One will recognize the change and Studio One will start.
Keep in mind that when you re-plug your audio interface back in or add other I/O, the system may prompt you again.
Hope that helps.
