It can be a bit complex because it all resides in multiple folders so for the short term the answer would mostly be no, but you can try going to Studio One Settings folder (Help > Open Settings Folder) and copying the entire User Devices & Surface Data folders from there to the other Studio One system using OS X, (Help > Open Settings Folder) to see if it works.
You may also want to create a feature request for that http://answers.presonus.com, to export and import those kinds of setting between systems if it doesn't already exist.
