So, When I am done making a track or recording a song. I can export it to a folder, but my family wants to hear what I record. So how would I like, share my folder or file to Social Media for download? So they can download it and play it?

Studio One 3 Artist has the ability to link to a SoundCloud account. This would be the easiest way to achieve your goal. Once you have a SoundCloud account, you can post links on your social media venue of choice.
