[BUG] Duplicate Midi Notes in triplet grid

Something is not right with duplicating Midi notes, especially when using a triplet grid and "snap to grid" active.

Depending on the note length, it sometimes puts the duplicated notes on a "not triplet" grid,

and other times just flush one note after another (which I guess should be the expected way)

Repro:

- enable "snap to grid" (timebase: bars || snap: quantize)

- set quantize to 1/8T

- double click to create midi note

- duplicate note (Strg D)

--> 2nd note does not land on triplet grid
