I use Protools11.

When I use my daw, UC is mix bypass.

but I can't hear my headphone, on the headphone 1,2 slot

Main out is no problem.

please answer.

With Universal Control bypassed, you have to setup a headphone mix in Pro Tools.  Here is the I/O setup in Pro Tools with the Studio 192:

You will need to create an Aux Track. Route all the tracks you want in the phones to that aux. Then on the output of that tracks, set it to Phones.
