Hi. Have you tested Echo ExpressCard Pro with PC? On the vendor's Compatibility FW link there's only Mac host approved.

The Thunderbolt to ExpressCard adapters were some of the first Thunderbolt devices available.  It has been tested and will work.  

As long as the PC fully supports Thunderbolt and you use a recommend firewire ExpressCard, it will work just fine.
