A: There is a Factory Reset option that will reset the firmware of your FireStudio device. This is found in Universal Control.
- Make sure that your FireStudio device is powered on and connected to your computer
NOTE: If you have multiple FireStudio interfaces or StudioLive mixers attached then first power off your computer, FireStudio interfaces, and/or StudioLive consoles. Connect only the FireStudio unit that you want to apply the Factory Reset to, then power on the computer and FireStudio interface. Click here if you need help resetting the firmware on a StudioLive mixer.
- Open Universal Control
NOTE: If you are doing a Factory Reset on a StudioLive mixer then it will lose any custom presets that you've saved on the console. Be sure to back up your presets if you want to keep them. Click here if you need help with backing up your StudioLive presets.
- On the launcher window, click Settings > Factory Reset
- Click Yes to proceed
- The firmware reset is now complete
