Sorry to hear about the recent issues you have been experiencing.
If the Q2 does not have a driver to install, you may have to first go to the OS X Audio MIDI setup in your Mac Utility folder and create an Aggregate Device:

After doing this, open Studio One, go to Preferences > Audio Setup and choose this new Aggregate device.
