Zoom Q2n-4k introduces distortion to Studio 192

I have a Windows 10 box and use Studio 192 as my audio interface for everything.  When I try to use my Zoom Q2n-4k camera in a Zoom meeting, JamKazam, or even when I just enable it with the built-in Windows "Camera" app, audio popping distortion is introduced through the Studio 192.  An older, lower-res webcam does not seem to introduce distortion.

Why does this happen?  Is the Q2n-4k trying to grab interrupt priority or something like that?  Is there some settings solution that might help?

Thanks for any help
