Question

I own a firestudio mobile since more than 4 years, I always used it with my macbook pro. Now after 6 months i did not use it. When i try to open Studio One the follow appaers "The licence has not been issued for this computer". Now i do not know what the username, password, product name. I don't have the package anymore.

I have to record a CD and I cannot :-(

If you have not do so already,open a support ticket. Not much info to goon, make maybe they can help. Good luck!

After almost 1 year I still did not found a solution. So I cannot use something I paid and I can not record anything !!!
