Sorry to hear about the recent issues you have been experiencing.
Make sure you have the driver Universal Control installed for the Studio 192:

In Studio One, go to Options/Preferences(OSX) > Audio Setup and choose the Studio 192.
Here are some other trouble shooting steps.
1. Close and reopen the song, test again.
2. Open the Song, go to Song > Song Setup > Audio I/O Setup tab. Remove the inputs in the Input tab and re-add them. Test recording again.
