Why isn't my ADL600 registering any input SOMETIMES?

Hello all,

I have an ADL600 that I got in the UK and I have brought it to the US. I'm trying to use it in my studio now, and it is only working intermittently.  When it works, it seems to work fine. When it doesn't work, it looks like it's powering up fine, the VU meters light up, and all seems well, but when I plug in a condenser mic (to either channel), I cannot get any signal in when i turn phantom power on. Last time I was able to get it working, it seemed to be sensitive to the order in which I powered up and turned on the phantom power. But now nothing I do seems to work.

Can anyone help?  Have I blown something out by not changing the fuse?

Kelly

You should contact Presonus for possible repairs.

That or the tubes may need to be changed or even simply re-seated.  Transporting a device like that may have made them loose.
