Sorry to hear about the recent issues you have been experiencing. Make sure you are using the same exact credentials that you use to log into your My.Presonus.com. Log into My.presonus.com, check to see if your products are there. If they are, log out and log back in entering your credentials(Don't use stored credentials). Should you not be able to log back in, do a password reset so your credentials are up to date. Then use these new credentials in Studio One.

If you are having issues with your version of Studio One v3 still showing up as the PRIME (FREE Version) or Studio One 3 Artist after purchasing an upgrade, please read the instructions below to help resolve your issue:
These are instructions on how to convert your software from Studio One PRIME to your paid version (Artist or Professional). We are going to have you re-activate the Studio One software now on your computer so that it unlocks and shows up as the paid version of Studio One you wish to use.
1) Open up Studio One 3.
2) While at the start page, in the upper left-hand corner of the screen in the menu, click on the word
3) Click on Studio One Activation.
4) Click on the drop-down for "Product Key" and choose to "Show my existing Product Keys."
5) Select your Product Key from the list and press the green "Activate" button.
Once completed, your paid version of Studio One 3 should be unlocked and ready to either install all relevant content or ready to make music.
