When XLR cable is plugged in to an AIR series speaker, it can't get pulled out and is stuck.

Has anyone else experienced when they plug a XLR cable into the input jack on an AIR series speaker that it gets stuck and won't come out?

Apply some downward pressure to see if that lets it loose. If the issue remains, contact you retailer for assistance of log a support ticket to have the speaker serviced.
