Hi,

I have mp3(karaoke track) converted into WAV, want to record vocals over it, hear the track and voice in headphones while recording?

I tried recording in above fashion and i was able to monitor the track and my voice in headphones but when i played back the recording, I am only able to hear my voice but track music is missing.

I want to record complete song , it's just that my voice will get added to it.

I have just now purchased the setup, kindly guide with step by step process to achieve what i am looking for.

If you are using low-latency monitoring, you will want to click the icon of the green Z in the Main output of the Console, so that it is no longer green.  You will also want to dis-engage the monitoring button for the vocal track.  You should then be able to press play in the transport bar and play both tracks back.
