Question

I am having trouble hearing audio in both my left and right headphone channels from the PreSonus AudioBox 44VSL.

I am hearing live and recorded audio though the left channel but not the right channel in my headhphones.

I am using StudioOne 3.5.1.43560 Win x64 and I am working on a Dell XPS 13 9350 running Windows 10 Home, Version 1703, OS Build 15063.540

I am new to StudioOne and realize I most likely have checked or unchecked a critical box but cannot figure out how to resolve this issue on my own or with answers I've found online.

Thank you for contacting Presonus Technical Support. Sorry to hear about the recent issues you have been experiencing.

By default the headphones on the 44VSL should be mirrored to outputs 1 and 2.

If you are not able to test with a different set of headphones, please create a support ticket to discuss this in more detail.
