The sound of a good archtop is shorter in sustain and has a tight focus to the tonality. It is typically less bassy, but the balance between bass and treble can be very close when set up well. An archtop also has a smaller head surface by approx. 1 1/2" diameter and can be setup for a brighter, more piercing sound.
As far as doing this in Studio One, not sure how close you can get, but if you play with the ADSR of the instrument, add an EQ and a compressor/gate to the instruments effects chain and tweak those settings, you may be able to get pretty close to the characteristics of the sound you are looking for.
Or, try to find a VSTi that simulates the instrument you are looking for.
