Why do I have to Solo tracks just to hear the mix?

while mixing you should be able to Solo your tracks to here just that one. Mine works just the opposite, you have to Solo the tracks just to hear them. I have Studio Artist 1 and I've never had the problem before.

Best answer
You will want to make sure that you don't have a track solo'd and hidden. Also, make sure that you have turned off global solo and global mute. They are the mute and solo buttons at the bottom of the track list.
