Question

running UC Surface on my samsung tablet with my 32.4.2 AI mixer.

love it, BUT

i have no graphics of the EQ frequencies.  i need the SMAART features.

my main reason for purchasing a tablet to run with this mixer is to eq monitors from stage with the tablet in hand.

i can't seem to figure out how to do that.  anyone have any ideas or insight?

i know you can hook up a computer via firewire and run smaart on the computer, but that doesnt really do me a whole lot of good standing on stage with the tablet in hand.

any and ALL help would be greatly appreciated

I don't think you can get the SMAART features from any tablet using UC Surface. I wanted this feature as well and that's why I bought a tablet but I read somewhere that says it's not possible. The same thing with using a PC with WiFi. The only way you can get the SMAART features is connecting a PC/laptop via firewire to the mixer.

On a side note, there is meter lag when you connect the mixer to the laptop/PC using a firewire cable but at least the SMAART features work..
