NVIDIA's NWIZ.exe stops S1 from starting

After updating a way outdated driver for my Quadro K2000D (to driver 354.42) video card, Studio1 ver 2 would not launch. All my other programs are fine.

This NWIZ was narrowed down by selectively eliminating processes and startup programs until that was the only one that prevented the starting of S1.

Are you using it to configure the desktop? If not, run msconfig, on the starup tab disable it, then restart the pc.
