Today I downloaded and installed the Universal Control app 2.3 pc on my Windows 10 laptop/tablet, opened it and selected demo. The window can be full screen width or not full screen width but in any case the bottom of the window is off screen. Data below the fader color strip is not visible. I cannot find a way to reduce the window scale so that it all fits on the screen.

Apparently this is not common among other tablet users. Well, I installed the app on my desktop to see how it behaves there on a bigger screen. I notice the control window shows up in full, I can see the bottom of the window which shows a row of short meters under the row of fader ch. #'s. This row of metering is cut off on my table screen. On my desktop's big screen, I can only adjust the window bottom a bit smaller. So, I cannot adjust the window smaller on my tablet at all because I cannot access the bottom corner of the window to drag it smaller. Anyway, the window may not adjust small enough even if I could drag the bottom corner.

on a windows tablet or a laptop if the bottom of the screen is cut off try switching to tablet mode on the divice.  this should solve the problem.
