Question

I have a M-Audio Keystation 88es USB which I am plugging directly into a MacBook Pro via USB (I do this because it is usb powered and I can't connect it directly to my Studio 68).  The Keyboard is receiving power from the computer but I cannot see it in Studio One 3 Artist (v3.5.1.43560) Receive From or Send To drop-down menus.  Why isn't it showing up?  I've tried unplugging the USB connection and re-plugging it in to see if it would find it.

Any help would be appreciated

Thank you for contacting Presonus Technical Support. Sorry to hear about the recent issues you have been experiencing.

Make sure in Studio One > Preferences > Advanced > Services that External Device Support is enabled.
